Zero-Tolerance Anti-Fraud Policy: Aproxia is engineered strictly for authorized IT support, secure telework, and lawful remote systems administration. Any deployment for fraudulent tech support scams, unauthorized computer intrusion, or malware payload delivery results in immediate network blacklisting and criminal referral.

1. Purpose and Acceptable Conduct

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines binding standards of conduct for all users accessing the Aproxia software and relay infrastructure.

2. Prohibited Exploitative Activities

You may not use Aproxia directly or indirectly to:

  • Unauthorized Access & Intrusion: Connect to or control any endpoint without clear, prior authorization from the device owner.
  • Tech Support Scams & Fraud: Impersonate financial institutions, operating system vendors, security teams, or law enforcement to defraud consumers or extract credentials.
  • Malware Distribution: Transfer, stage, or execute ransomware, spyware, trojans, backdoors, cryptominers, or keyloggers via remote file transfer or shell channels.
  • Covert Surveillance: Conduct clandestine monitoring of private citizens, employees, or students without lawful statutory authority and explicit notification.
  • Network Disruption & Attacks: Conduct Denial of Service (DoS/DDoS) attacks, port scanning, or malicious flooding against Aproxia infrastructure.

3. Mandatory Standards for IT Support Technicians

Legitimate support providers must disclose their commercial identity before initiating connections, respect customer file privacy, and disconnect immediately upon task completion.

4. Abuse Detection and Immediate Blacklisting

Aproxia enforces automated anomaly detection across connection handshakes. Confirmed scam operators and hostile endpoints are immediately blacklisted from global relays, and commercial accounts are terminated without refund.

5. Reporting Abuse

To report fraudulent remote sessions or scam attempts involving Aproxia, contact our incident team at: support@aproxia.eu.

6. Law Enforcement Cooperation

Aproxia cooperates fully with international law enforcement and cybercrime divisions to prosecute criminal misuse.
